Upon our arrival, the staff was friendly, and our double room with twin beds included a fridge and microwave.

My favorite property in Montreal. Absolutely fantastic and quiet place with friendly hotel staff. Extremely comfy bed, clean bathroom and central heating, television and a small fridge in the room. Good food, especially great breakfast.

There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a microwave oven, central heating and a TV set inside the room. I loved that it was neat. The staff was all respectful.

The room at Hotel Casa Bella was attractive and tidy, equipped with a microwave oven, central heating, and a TV. the breakfast offered a wide variety of food which was good. the location was particularly convenient, with an Anglican cathedral within walking distance.

The hotel met my needs well for what I required, which was to be reasonably priced for a four day stay, close to down-town Montreal, and handy to local transport and touist attractions. It is within easy walking distance of the city centre, shops and transport. A bus runs by the front door. The room was fairly old, and carpet a bit worn, but was clean, tidy and secure. It was serviced each day and towels replaced. A complimentary continental breakfast was available, and was brought to the room. The bathroom facilities were fairly basic but served the purpose and I have no complaints.I Found the staff to be very obliging. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who needed casual accommodation and a firm base for a short to medium stay in the city. For my puposes, it was good value for money.

The hotel provided great prices. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was tidy and welcoming. The location was marvellous for walking around Place des Arts. Besides, it was near to Montreal, local pubs and the main sightseeing attractions. The staff was welcoming and immensely pleasant, everything was nice.

The hotel itself was recently refurbished and clean. The staff were friendly and excellent. I greatly enjoyed the large and functional rooms of the venue. Private bathroom was clean. The location was marvelous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Chinatown. " Moreover, it's so close to an alley and stores, bars, metro, and Rue Saint Catherine, many awesome crêperies.

Location was excellent. Access in and out of the hotel was also easy. The shower was good.

Noisy if facing the street and the window is open; window closed makes the room very stuffy.

This place is conveniently located near all the popular tourist attractions.

building was not clean or well taken care of, and smelled of old smoke. got woken up to move my car, when it turned out that the desk had teh keys when they first said they did not. needs major redecorating/upgarding.

The hotel was recently renovated and clean with accommodating staff members. Rooms were reasonably large and provided with a private bathroom. A microwave and a fridge were a huge plus. The location was favorable and perfect, close to the metro station. The Downtown Montreal district was worth staying in.

Easy walking access to the city centre. It is a budget hotel in a safe location.

The rooms and views are not very pretty but you get what you pay for.
