despite the 'clean' assessment, the furniture felt like it belonged in a dumpster, and the common areas? absolutely filthy. as if that weren't enough, i was denied a room upgrade, while other guests clearly received special treatment. one could almost think a luxury stay was too much to ask at casa bella. guess i can't recommend this to anyone.
